NESDA Industry Angels Program

In December of 2001, NESDA announced the creation of a new sponsorship program that brought the service industry closer together in stronger support of servicers. The program allowed companies that provided support for the industry to provide memberships to servicers in different NESDA regions in the U.S.A.

Fay Wood EHF, chair of NESDA's Marketing/Membership Committee, has led the very successful program for several years.

Industry Angels received personal thanks from the NESDA Board of Directors, publicity on the NESDA website, favorable mentions at regional and national events, and the knowledge that they helped to promote a higher level of awareness for outstanding service to their customers and end users while building loyalty from the servicers being sponsored.

The first Industry Angel of the program was Toshiba America Consumer Products. Several other companies have followed, and more continue to be added.
